Limited Lifetime Warranty
OMARI pieces are intended to last for a long, long time with proper care. We will always stand by our limited lifetime warranty, which is no-questions-asked and covers defects in materials and workmanship on everything we make.
Our Limited Lifetime Warranty means that your product will be free of manufacturer defects for the practical lifespan of each product. All Leather, textiles, and soft goods eventually show signs of typical wear and tear, which is to be expected and is not covered under our warranty. Our leather is a natural product, and shading variations, small grain differences, and marks are part of the real look and feel of the items.

Accidents happen, but that shouldn’t be the end of your favorite jacket’s lifecycle. We have a talented staff of Tailors. So if the unthinkable happens, please email us a photo and we will let you know if it can be fixed. If it can, we will email you a Return for Repair number, then you can send the item our way, and we will repair the damage to the highest degree possible.

We will try to repair a warranted item; if we can't repair the item, we'll replace it at equal value. OMARI will repair the piece to functional utility, however sometimes a repair looks like a repair. Zippers, pulls, logos, and snaps will be repaired or replaced to the best of our ability and resources. For example, OMARI original designs feature custom colors or snaps we may no longer have in stock. The way we see it, it gives the product some character and makes it one-of-a-kind, and keeps your product out of a landfill. And more days on the mountain are better for everyone!

Our warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by improper care, normal wear, incorrect cleaning, natural fading of colors, or natural breakdown of materials over time.
Apparel slashed by ski edges or terrain.
Down feather pull-through is normal and not warrantied.
Faux fur.
Purchases through consumer resale sites such as eBay or Poshmark, etc. ..
Counterfeit products.

Write the Return Authorization number clearly on the outside of the box, and ship the product to the address we give you in our return email
Note: This must be written as 3 lines like a typical address on a letter, as it stands out more clearly. Please include your name, telephone number, and street address (no P.O. boxes) with the shipment.

Depending on the time of year expect a 3-4-week turnaround.

OMARI will cover return shipping to you and the cost of repair. Shipping to OMARI is your responsibility. We recommend shipping with a service that can provide you with tracking information - we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

In Europe, OMARI offers a 2-year policy and is subject to individual country's laws and regulations.
Within the U.S., rights under U.S. warranty laws vary state-to-state.
In Canada, warranty rights may vary by province.
Shipping
US DOMESTIC SHIPPING
OMARI will not charge you a penny for regular ground shipping by UPS of your ordered items. If you would like overnight shipping, that may be possible, depending on when the order is received. Please let us know what you need and we will do our best. Any expedited shipping charges will be yours to pay.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We use DHL for International shipping (everywhere except the USA). The shipping cost, duties, and taxes will be added to your bill.

Please take a moment to review your order prior to checkout.
Once the order is in the fulfillment process, it will not be possible to change, modify, or cancel the order. Any potential returns or exchanges would have to take place after the order has shipped. Multiple orders are not able to be merged into one.

OMARI is not able to guarantee any delivery dates or times for ground shipping methods. Once an order has been picked up by the shipper and has left our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier. Transit times are calculated by the carrier one day after the order has left our facility. You will then be able to track your shipment with the tracking number provided to you by email through the carrier.
Please allow 1-2 business days for order fulfillment. Most orders placed before noon usually ship the same business day. Orders placed after this time or outside of business hours will be filled the next day possible.
Returns

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or have an or incorrectly shipped item, we are here to help!
We are happy to refund your original payment on unused items within 15 days of purchase. Please save the tags, bags, and original packaging box to send the item back to us. We will need you to email us in advance at info@omaricollection.com, include a copy of the receipt, and we will email you back a Return Authorization number to write on the outside of the box and a slip to put inside the box to help us find your original purchase information. When we receive the item, we will immediately issue a refund to your original form of payment.
If your purchase is over 15 days, we're happy to exchange your product or refund you with an Omaricollection.com store credit for up to 45 days after your purchase. Exchanges and Store Credits will not incur any shipping or service fees.

Exchange Policy
We're happy to exchange your product or refund your Omaricollection.com store credit for up to 45 days after your purchase. Exchanges and Store Credits do not incur shipping or service fees. The replacement product in your exchange will ship out once your initial return is received and inspected.

Products must be received in new condition, with the original product tags, and associated with the order they were purchased on. Please complete all requested information on the included packing slip.
All refunds, store credits, and exchanges will be processed once your initial return is received and inspected. Returns can be rejected if the product isn't in new condition or is not associated with an order from the customer who shipped it.
For all orders,before you return your product,, please contact our Customer Service team for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). They will also assist you in making your return.

We will reply with an RA#. Please make sure to have the RA # on the shipping label and ship the item to the address we will provide you with by return email.
For international orders, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. All returned items must be unworn, with the original tags attached, and in the original packaging.
Once we receive your package, our team will verify its contents and inspect it to ensure it is unworn and in original condition. We will then credit back your original form of payment within 7 to 14 business days.
